The RKI GX-6100 is a confined-space and hazmat-response monitor that tracks up to six gases at once — the standard four (LEL, O2, CO, H2S) plus two smart-sensor slots for PID, NDIR, or additional electrochemical toxic gas detection. Interchangeable PID lamps (10.0, 10.6, or 11.7 eV) draw from a 600+ compound VOC library, with a dedicated benzene-specific mode for arson investigation and industrial hygiene work.
An internal pump samples at 0.45 LPM up to 100 feet away, and the auto-rotating digital display pairs with Bluetooth and IrDA connectivity for remote monitoring. Runtime is roughly 28 hours on lithium-ion (6-hour recharge) or 8 hours on alkaline, and the IP-67-rated housing carries IECEx, ATEX, TIIS, and cCSAus certification alongside man-down and panic alarms.
